Fellowship Highlights

• Hybrid Workshops and Courses: Participate in whole and small group sessions. During these sessions, fellows engage with and learn from peers, community partners and alumni leaders. Virtual courses will be offered to support your learning experience.
• Individualized Coaching: Engage in critical dialogue with your program manager to further reflect on your leadership and professional development
• 360 Reviews: Receive support and coaching around your leadership
• Collective Learning Experience: Learn from other fellows and build up your coalition

*The fellowship will be hybrid (both in-person and virtual sessions) and is designed to work with alumni with full-time roles.
