Supervisor in Leadership Development
The Supervisor in the Transformative Leadership for Equity and Excellence program will coach in and help to build the program, which will serve up to 20 principals and 20 APs in each cohort. Leaders in this program will participate in monthly professional development and bi-weekly coaching for 3 years (principals) and 2 years (APs.) This supervisor will hold responsibility for the effective implementation of the program components: professional development, coaching, and evaluation. This supervisor will collaborate with the director of leadership development, the director of TLEE, and the other supervisors to design and lead the professional development. This supervisor will also collaborate with the team on other leadership development efforts as needed. This supervisor will work in the Superintendent’s Office and will report to the Director of TLEE.
