Office Assistant @ LPS Richmond (19-20 SY)

Ideally, the Office Assistant will:-- Greet and assist visitors -- Answer phone calls -track attendance calls, provide accurate information in regards to policy, procedures and/or direct callers to appropriate staff member -- Assist with tardy tracking -- Assist with maintenance of student records -- Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, information packets and other communications -- Performs routine and complex data entry processes -- Perform a variety of general office and clerical duties on a daily basis, which includes filing, copying, scanning and mailing -- Operate office equipment -- Assist School Manager with special projects -- Translate for Dean of Students as needed -- Provide support to school administrators as needed -- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive material and information -- Assist with maintenance of supply room -- Assist with presentation of general office and reception area -- Ensure security procedures are adhered to -- Provide support to food service staff -- Oversee the daily photocopying system for staff -- Fulfills other duties or other assignments as needed in order to best serve our students and schools
