Vice President, Community Organizing
The Vice President, Community Organizing sets vision and direction for LEE’s community organizing platform, which includes trainings, online trainings, digital support and engagement, organizing technology and more. The Vice President will lead the 8 person Organizing Leadership (OL) team, including building a diverse team, and developing and managing the team to ambitious results. Through the Organizing Leadership team, the Vice President will build on the current platform to enable stronger organizing impact in the short-term, and more impact as LEE expands over the long-term. Rooted in leadership development best practices, the OL team will create online and in-person (blended) learning opportunities to enable effective volunteer community organizers across the country to achieve tangible changes in education policy that better serve students.
