About the Customer Sales Operations Lead role:
Landed is growing! We’re hiring someone stellar to focus on Customer Sales Operations. Based in San Francisco, you’ll be joining a thriving customer team and reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. This team is highly collaborative and cross-functional. This role will have the ability to impact and learn about every part of the business and to transform the lives of our customers. As our first Customer Sales Operations hire at Landed, you will help Landed's customer team dramatically expand our impact. By helping us improve our sales conversions and operations our entire customer pipeline, you will set us up for massive growth in 2019.
