Director of Facilities
The Director of Facilities will join KIPP’s leadership team during an exciting phase of growth and development. Reporting to the Chief Growth, Real Estate, Advocacy and Community Engagement Officer, the DoF will lead the development and execution of facilities strategy to support KIPP’s mission, across our 15 schools. This includes partnering with principals and cross-functional departments to develop and implement an integrated facilities plan, that ensures all KIPP schools have safe, quality learning facilities and are financially sustainable. This position will directly manage one FTE (Facilities team member) and work closely with the Real Estate, Operations, and Finance Teams. This role will be instrumental in developing systems and processes to strongly support existing schools across an expansive geographic area, as well as ensure the department scales effectively to support growth as we aim to dramatically increase the number of students we serve over the coming decade.
