Performance Manger – Oakland (National)
The Performance Manager reports to the Director of Organizational Performance and supports the team in implementing College Track’s performance management protocols in service to internal constituents—primarily the sites, the Program team and the different departments (HR, Finance, etc.) within the organization. This role is a key driver in the organization’s continuous improvement process. The Manager is responsible for supporting the organization in managing data and data systems , identifying and analyzing programmatic and departmental trends and outcomes, generating reports to articulate and communicate these findings, and moving the organization to action. The Performance Manager also plays a key role in ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the national network.
