Organization and Talent Development Manager
Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate, strategic, hands-on and results-driven Organization and Talent Development Manager who will manage, develop and implement programs and processes with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), including but not limited to, organizational design and effectiveness, succession planning, DEI planning and leadership development to achieve the long-term business strategy. This role reports to the Director of Organization and Talent Development and will partner with key leaders across the organization to achieve results.Primary Responsibilities Include:Organizational Design and Effectiveness
- Lead the continuous evolution of the company’s core competencies, core values, and key performance measures utilizing engagement, culture initiatives, performance management, and change management.
- Partner with internal key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements in terms of headcount & skills needed now and in the future
- Facilitate processes to create new job profiles for key positions, and creation and implementation of new business processes and systems related to talent design. Create and manage project plans and communications to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
