Climb Hire seeks a newer professional to join our growing team as our first operations associate. You may not have a lot of professional experience, but you are a great written and oral communicator, filled with curiosity, and bring zest and hunger to figuring out just about everything you don’t know how to do. That could mean spending time on YouTube to learn an excel formula you hadn’t heard of, or reading an article about the best tactics for project management and helping us implement a new system when we get stuck. You are deeply accountable to reaching your goals and build strong and powerful relationships as you drive to outcomes. At Climb Hire, we are self starters and own our learning and upskilling. We are also kind and gracious people who hold relationships and getting to outcomes as equally precious. This role will be about supporting the CEO and helping to manage our operations and logistics as we launch our first training pilot with approximately 40 adult learners. The hours for this role would include night time and weekends because our trainings happen when our learners are not working. You would be involved with every part of our organization from being onsite for the trainings and preparing logistics related to our trainings, draft written materials for funders and other key stakeholders, support with budgets, help manage our nascent database systems for tracking applicants for open roles at Climb Hire and candidates applying to be a part of the program. This is the kind of role where you learn a ton because every day is different, complex, challenging, and rewarding. It’s a great way to learn and deliver as a newer professional.
