North America Strategy Manager, Education
Job Description:1. Conduct continuous and in-depth research on the education industry, start from the company-wide level, help the company's management team to make important strategic decisions together;2、Search for innovative business investment opportunities in the education industry and promote implementation;3. Observe and think about new trends/new products/new models emerging in the field of education field, think back to the essence, study innovation opportunities and promote the incubation and priority adjustment of new businesses.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, 5-7 years of investment / strategic consulting experience, interested in the education industry;2. Like in-depth and speculative thinking, have strong analytical skills, innovative thinking skills and structured thinking skills, good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena, fully express opinions and output conclusions, and can define, dismantle and answer complex and vague problems;3. Be sensitive to new things, have strong self-drive and curiosity, have passion for business participation and rapid growth, and can adapt to the pace of high-intensity work;4. Be able to take charge of large projects, have judgment on complex issues, and create a good atmosphere of cooperation.
