Under the supervision of the Director of Employee Relations (DER), the Lead HR Manager (LHRM) is responsible for providing HR services for one or more regions at Aspire. As a support to both supervisors and teammates, LHRM serves as a key leader in assisting in ensuring the Employee Relations team delivers in the following service areas: compliance, mitigate/eliminate risk, maintain and enhance work cultural and atmosphere, policy development and interpretation, performance management, and ensure the implementation of fair, consistent, and equitable practices throughout the organization.
